A Better Me

Do you remember the post and questions asked on what you did with your year 2016, how you succeeded, and what you could or would have done better? So many thoughts flooded my mind while writing that question out. But here's what I came up with:

Save - for each week plan to put away something. Set a goal you want to reach by the end of the year and stick to it.

Time Management - be aware of time-busters. Make sure you're utilizing your time efficiently. Be aware of things that take you off task.

Rest - Make time for yourself. Don't allow yourself to burn out from day to day activities.

Step Out - Launch that idea, dream, or goal you put off for so long. Aint nothing to it but to do it! Who's stopping you anyway?

Get fit - this means in mind, body, AND soul. Feed your mind with positivity. Feed your body with healthy eating. And feed your soul on the Word of God!

It's about making sure you are fit to do what you're created to do. Because you can't help anybody if you can't be a help to YOU! That said, remember always to,
